CGI for sales enablement
A clearer product conversation.
A product can be hard to demonstrate in a meeting. It may be too large to bring, too early to ship or too complex to explain from an exterior photograph.
XO3D develops product CGI that helps sales and distributor teams show what matters. The brief starts with the questions buyers ask and the points the team needs to make clear.
Tell us about your brief
Build around real questions.
What does the buyer struggle to understand? Which feature needs a demonstration? Where does a conversation slow down because the product is difficult to show?
Use those questions to choose the sequence. A concise feature explanation may be more useful in a meeting than a full launch film.
Give the presenter control.
Plan short, named modules that can be opened when the question arises. Provide still frames for presentations and an intelligible opening frame for each film.
An interactive experience may be useful when choosing a view or configuration is part of the conversation. It should serve the demonstration, with a dependable fallback when the environment cannot support it.
Keep the product information consistent.
The sales film, deck and follow-up assets should refer to the same approved product version. Labels and claims need named reviewers.
For distributor use, agree which files may be shared, which versions are current and how changes will be communicated. Those responsibilities belong in the handover.
Show the mechanism in context.
The Petalite case moves between the charging system, individual units and their wider setting. Explore the films and supporting stills as a reference for explaining a complex product at different levels of detail.
Sales-content questions.
Can you adapt existing launch assets?
We assess whether the source assets and usage rights support the required explanation and formats.
How should we judge the result?
Review whether the material answers the intended question and is actually used. Track relevant next steps and opportunity quality without attributing every sale to the film.
Bring the question your team hears most.
Tell us what the buyer needs to understand before the conversation can move forward.
